Our mission is to help people living in Dorset lead healthier, happier lives. Our coaching, support and advice is absolutely free and part of your council's commitment to improving public health.
Our team is made up of Coaches and Advisors, who advise and support clients; Training and Engagement Officers and NHS Health Check Practitioners, who work in the community, plus support staff. We are all dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Dorset.
The NHS Digital Weight Management Programme
The NHS Digital Weight Management Programme supports adults living with obesity who also have a diagnosis of diabetes, hypertension or both, to manage their weight and improve their health.
It is a 12-week online behavioural and lifestyle programme that people can access via a smartphone or computer with internet access.
