FacebookFlu and Covid Vaccination Clinics
Flu invitations will be sent out in early September
This year’s Flu and Covid Autumn Vaccination Campaign will start on 1st October. We will be holding our popular vaccination clinics once again at Wey Valley School on:
- Saturday 4th October
- Saturday 11th October
- Saturday 18th October
Invitations will be sent to eligible patients via SMS, Email, with a link to book your appointment or by phone call or letter. Our clinics are very popular so make sure you book your appointment when you receive your invitation.
Please note due to the large number of patients that are eligible, invitations will be sent out over a few days, so you may get your invitation at a different time to your partner or neighbour.
If you are housebound, please contact the surgery so we can add you to the list for a home visit.
